| GTM Sportswear, leader in team embroidered and screen printed apparel, is looking for an experienced Market Merchandiser to help continue its 18-year track record of 30% annual growth. As a merchandiser, you will leverage your experience with market analysis to help build and develop a unique product line for each targeted market segment.
Your Merchandiser responsibilities will include partnering with Marketing and Sales to develop business strategies for market specific product lines, formulate line plans to positively impact sales volume, work directly with the Product Development Team to develop the line and produce high quality products in accordance with company timeline.
This position requires 3-5 years experience in production, merchandising, development or a manufacturing environment, preferably in garment industry or related soft goods industry. Work experience directly related to project management; product development and trend analysis is desired. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Requires a well-developed ability to communicate and manage topics of a highly complex or technical nature. Experience in Gerber or similar PLM software preferred but not required.

| The Inside Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to ensure the best customer experience while growing sales. Duties include servicing incoming and outgoing sales calls, gaining new accounts and expanding existing accounts, recommending appropriate products based upon customer needs, and building relationships with clientele, many of whom are coaches.
Two to three weeks of travel per year attending sports-related conferences and meeting potential customers is required.
This position offers an established account base with good upward mobility in our fastest-growing division.
Successful candidates must be motivates self-starters who are highly organized, enthusiastic, have strong verbal communication skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree and/or two years of sales-related work experience. Knowledge of /or previous experience as a coach at the high school, college or youth level, and/or cheer, dance or gymnastics -- a big plus. Expected first year compensation plan including salary, commission and bonuses will be in the $30,000 to $35,000 range.
