Several years ago my wife took over the youth cheering program in our area. At that time, what remained for uniforms were 15-20 years old. Through her continued efforts, she was able to increase participation and with great service from GTM Sportswear she was able to outfit all of the youth cheering teams with great looking uniforms. She continues to run the youth program and has gone back to coaching at the high school level where many of those same kids that enjoyed the first GTM Sportswear uniforms as children, now cheer in GTM uniforms at the high school level. As a result of the hard work put forth from these athletes, they were able to place 4th in the Maine High School Class C Western Maine Regional Championship earning a trip to the Maine State High School Class C Cheerleading Competition. Interest in cheering is on the rise in this western Maine town and the sky is the limit in these great looking GTM Sportswear uniforms. Thanks for your years of great service!! This is a picture we snapped at our last game of the '07 basketball season. Each of these girls had a wonderful first season of cheering. I cheerlead for a police department. It's not a squad, it's more of a mascot. Our town's police department and fire department each have a cheerleader. The Fire Dept's cheerleader got the same identical uniform that I got except her's is maroon instead of navy blue and it says Fire instead of Police. We also got a pair of gold poms and a pair of silver poms. We cheerlead at various police/fire department sponsored events. It's really fun and we enjoy it a lot. Our experience with GTM was really great!!! Everything came earlier than the designated time, and everything was perfect! This was the first year for Dysart Pom to participate in competition. We had no uniforms and our district didn't have money to buy anything for us. We fundraised, and purchased our Pom uniforms from GTM. We LOVE them! We then purchased warm-ups for our entire spiritline because we were so happy! We love the fit, colors and simplicity of the uniforms - and most of all - we love the price! As a squad on a very limited budget, GTM is perfect for us. We competed at a regional competition . . . and won first place! So, we wore our great new uniforms when we competed at Nationals! And all in our very first year! Thanks GTM!
