Our values are the cornerstone of our company culture and the people that make up that culture. They do not change from time to time, from situation to situation or from person to person. Our values are what makes GTM such a great place to work and why others want to work here. The difficult part is maintaining those values. When a situation, decision or behavior falls outside our values, we must be prudent at raising awareness and taking initiative to challenge it. By maintaining our core values, regardless of how large we become, we can retain what makes GTM such a special place.

Dedicated: To commit to a particular course of thought or action
A dedicated GTM employee is someone who is on time, doesn’t call in, takes the extra step, works until the project is done, puts in extra time and effort, is willing to go the extra mile, gives their all to make sure the customer is taken care of, comes in early and stays late, does any task given, puts their all into their work, hardworking, and is here for the company not just themselves.
Caring: Feeling and exhibiting concern and empathy for others
Our caring employees watch quality, make sure every order is done correctly, give praise for good work, share good news, encourage others and help in every way possible, treat each caller as our most valuable customer, listen, treat everyone with respect, are kind and open minded, care about their job not just a paycheck, show passion about what they are doing, and show concern when others are down.
Team: A group organized to work together
Members of Team GTM see the overall goals of GTM, work together to reach those goals, put the interest of the team/goals ahead of personal interests, understand their role on the team, and are willing to help other departments.
Driven: Motivated by or having a compulsive quality or need
Driven GTM employees meet production goals, stay busy and productive, are motivated, take the initiative to get the job done, look for the best ways to accomplish the job, have solutions instead of complaints, have personal ambitions, know what they want and do whatever it takes to get it, strive to do their job well, work hard, and are always looking to make themselves, the department, and the company look its best.

Passionate GTM employees exhibit GTM spirit, participate in GTM events, have a positive attitude, love and care about their job, are excited to come to work and be a part of GTM, care about the quality of their work, go above and beyond for all customers, and care about the end result.
Integrity: The inherent complex of attributes that determines a person’s moral and ethical actions and reactions
GTM employees show integrity by following company policies and procedures, possessing good character, proving they are trustworthy, always doing the right thing, being accountable, standing up for what they believe in, and being honest and fair.
